Only one of my floodlights is working

Hi,

Installed a nest cam with floodlights. Camera is working but only one of the floodlights is working, Have tried everything from restart, factory restart, changed around which wires went into the wire connectors, moved wifi closer, updated home app, deleted home app and reinstalled. I don't know what else to do! Have tried looking on the forum but no one seems to have had the same problem

This seems like a defective floodlight as one of them works properly. A return is probably waranted.

It was bought last month so I assume it can be returned within 30 days etc
