&lt;LI&gt;When did the inconvenience start?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What type of Nest doorbell do you have?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What is the status LED light?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you getting any error messages?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;How far is the doorbell from the router?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, let's check a few things:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Check your Wi-Fi connection: &lt;/STRONG&gt;Make sure your Wi-Fi signal is strong and that your router is working properly.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Restart your Nest Doorbell:&lt;/STRONG&gt; This keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network.
