    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had this issue last renewal. After days of back and forth calls and chat and email with Google the problem was eventually fixed. Don't give up. If you give up you will be stuck with cameras that have 3 hour event history which is pathetic in any persons view. Or you will only be able to use the cams as paperweights. In fact i don't know anyone who uses paperweights anymore so you'll be stuck with just a thing haha.. Seriously though Google did fix this problem eventually for me. I figure it's in their interest as they want your money. Lets face it they're a massive corporation that is all about money. On the occasion this happened i had an awesome Google representative helping me they made the process bearable. However it did take 4-5 days of back and forth conversations via phone and email and chat..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;BR /&gt;3. Click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Other&lt;/STRONG&gt;", then click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next step&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;BR /&gt;4. Under "&lt;STRONG&gt;Resources&lt;/STRONG&gt;", just click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next step&lt;/STRONG&gt;". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)&lt;BR /&gt;5.
