Hello. I have a 2nd generation Nest doorbell. All was working as it should for about a year but now the chime for my doorbell is no longer chiming. When the doorbell is pressed I get notifications on my phone and my Hub, but nothing on my home doorbell. I have my Home app set to chime, I have reset the doorbell itself and upgraded my transformer to a heavier one, all without any luck.

Anybody have any previous issues like this? Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry to hear that your indoor chime is no longer working on your doorbell, but no need to worry help is here.

I'd like to ask you a few questions in order to gather more information about the concern and find the best way to fix it.

What kind of Nest doorbell do you have?

How much voltage do you have?

Do you have a mechanic or electronic chime? If you have an electronic chime please verify that it is on the app.

Can you please send me a picture of the two wires of the chime.

Any additional details you can provide will be helpful.

Regards,

Gabriela
