Go to &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;BR /&gt;3. Click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Other&lt;/STRONG&gt;", then click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next step&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;BR /&gt;4. Under "&lt;STRONG&gt;Resources&lt;/STRONG&gt;", just click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next step&lt;/STRONG&gt;". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)&lt;BR /&gt;5.       <title>Google nest flood light will not connect camera</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve added a new router and extender. Deleted the app, power cycled the camera , restarted WiFi….. never connects. Do I need to exchange the camera? Please help!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/626299"&gt;@tb18&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Google Nest does not make it easy to change Wi-Fi networks. Their first recommendation when getting a new router/modem is to set the network name (SSID) and password to the same values used on your old router/modem. That's what we did a couple of years ago when we got a new router/modem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9223711" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9223711&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can't do that, then you need to remove your camera from the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Home app&lt;/STRONG&gt; (if you still can) and do a factory reset. See the "&lt;EM&gt;factory reset&lt;/EM&gt;" instructions, not the "&lt;EM&gt;restart&lt;/EM&gt;" instructions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162?hl=en&amp;amp;sjid=4860851292414161954-NC#zippy=%2Cnest-cam-battery-or-nest-cam-with-floodlight" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162?hl=en&amp;amp;sjid=4860851292414161954-NC#zippy=%2Cnest-cam-battery-or-nest-cam-with-floodlight&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think it can be tricky with the floodlight fixture because there are separate settings for the camera and the light.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
