    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jeremy,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Contact the developer for more information.Thanks for the reply, I have attempted the reset after having removed the camera, however I cannot get the camera to connect to the wifi and when I try to go via the computer I get the message that the Nest Cam Setup needs to be updated.       <title>Indooor camera not connecting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two indoor nest cams, both were purchased quite a few years ago. When I moved house i reconnected one and all worked well, i didn't connect the second one. Now i want to connect the second camera i get the message that the camera is connected to another account. Although this model is pre google ie. registered with Nest i have no idea why i cant connect. The status light is blinking blue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi jeremy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The information on the back of the cam is Nest Labs Nest Cam A0005&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue occurred when i tried to reconnect to a new router some years ago. As it wasn't essential at the time and had a second camera that does work, i didn't bother with it, and now it would be useful to have it reinstalled, it is denying me. The camera is probably 8 years old at a guess....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In this case, since your Nest camera is associated with an old account, it is important to continue with a factory reset in order to erase all settings to allow you to add it to a new account.
