    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/637802"&gt;@jarmamar&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since Google Nest has no process for moving cameras and doorbells to a new account, you'll need to remove them from the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt; while still on the old account, perform a factory reset (for some cameras, the removal is the only way to perform a factory reset: &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162" target="_self"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;), and then reinstall them in the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt;. &amp;nbsp;If you have a Nest Aware subscription, you will lose your video history. &amp;nbsp;If you have a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription, I don't know whether you'll be able to keep it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
