    <description>&lt;P&gt;Any new news on this "video not available try again later" issue?&amp;nbsp; I could find no answer looking at previous posts back to 2022.&amp;nbsp; Seeing this on legacy nest indoor cams (white) on google home PC app.&amp;nbsp; its normally on most recent clips, older clips seem to eventually show up...&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;really useless to miss most recent activity.&amp;nbsp; Nest app history works great for cams still there.&amp;nbsp; I wont migrate my older nest cams (over to google home app) until this gets solved...&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How is the Wi-Fi connection in that part of the house?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What type of led light is on the Nest Camera? (Green, blue or white light)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How far is the camera from the router?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;do you have a Nest Aware subscription? If so, what type of Nest Aware subscription do you have?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How is the internet connection in general? Do you have any issues with any devices going offline, slow downloads, too many people online at once, etc.?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the meantime, please try to do the troubleshooting below:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Make sure that the cable is securely plugged into the adapter and the power outlet&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Determine if their camera is sufficiently powered and plugged into another power source.&lt;/SPAN&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
