Motion doesn't activate floodlight

Floodlight does not get triggered by motion. I've messed with settings, even removed the device from my home app and reloaded. Still no work.

I have two of these camera/floodlights and the other (newer by a year or so) has no issue.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that the floodlight does not activate when motion is detected, and I'm happy to assist you!

I recommend that you try changing the sensitivity on your Google Nest floodlight. Please visit "Change floodlight settings.".

There you will find the steps to do it.
