Unable to pair with Google Nest Doorbell battery model

I am unable to link the Nest Doorbell with my Google Home application. When I changed my phone and then tried to get connected, it is not successful.

I have reset the device multiple times but it gets stuck at the white light and when I try to connect the light turns green and there is no progress.

I do not see the blinking yellow or blue light so that the pairing can start.
