      <title>Camera keeps going offline</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had problems with thier Nest camera outdoor going offline randomly and frequently. One of my nest camera keeps going offline. I keep having to go and disconnect the power wire from it and then connecting it back. Its works well for a few hoursn then it goes offline again. It keeps recording during its offline status. I can't access the camera and footage untill I unplug and replug it. All my other 5 cameras are not having the same issue.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know how to resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN data-preserver-spaces="true"&gt;When did the issue start?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN data-preserver-spaces="true"&gt;Are you getting any error messages in the app?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN data-preserver-spaces="true"&gt;Did you set up the camera through the Google Home app or the Nest app?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN data-preserver-spaces="true"&gt;How far is the camera from the router?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN data-preserver-spaces="true"&gt;What Wi-Fi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Google nest doorbell camera went off line last night. Internet was not having any issues and this morning back online. However today the doorbell doesn’t ring and there are no activities. If you put the camera on live it shows things but not recording or alerting us. All of our notifications are on. &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN data-preserver-spaces="true"&gt;What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN data-preserver-spaces="true"&gt;Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the doorbell?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN data-preserver-spaces="true"&gt;Has there been any recent power outage in the area?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
