Garage camera issues

About every 3 months my garage camera becomes on unresponsive. I have to call someone to come out and reset it. I have to remove camera and add back to my app. It's quite annoying, along with expensive. I cannot connect to it via app again tonight, so I figured I'd ask. The light is stuck on. I can't reset it by killing power, because then it just rolls to battery backup. Anyone have any ideas? I can't keep paying $100 for them to come out. $800 so far since j got it.
