    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have many Nest Cam devices and am very familiar with the correct settings. I have two Nest Cam wired doorbells and the audio on one works perfectly and then other one is almost non-existent. The level is so low that I cannot hear sound from it even when a lawnmower is 10 feet away from it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked all the settings and they are all correct and it is still not functioning properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have done both soft and hard resets and still it is not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suspect that the device may need to be replaced.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any assistance?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have many Nest Cam devices and am very familiar with the correct settings. I have two Nest Cam wired doorbells and the audio on one works perfectly and then other one is almost non-existent. &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2: It has always been very quiet since it was installed. The microphone never really worked well.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3: No, the unit was never dropped or damaged. It was taken out of the box and installed on the wall.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4: No, it is installed out of direct sunlight and on a covered porch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
