Wow. Greedy. Drop the ball. How does the new camera not work with the old flood lights. Not even selling new flood lights. Ridiculous. Bad customer support.

I understand how inconvenient it is that the Nest Cam Outdoor (wired, 2nd gen) doesn't offer the floodlight accessory you need and isn't compatible with your existing floodlight setup. It’s completely understandable that you feel that way, especially since the accessory isn’t available for purchase separately. I’m glad to help you with this!
