I have 13 Google Nest cameras and apparently a month 1/2 ago 6 of the cameras completely quit working, I had On Tech out here yesterday and he removed those cameras and tried to add them back on to my Google Home, they won't even recognize them.

I'm beyond disappointed with Google, if this is how long these products last.

These are part of my security system and I will NOT add Nest cameras if this is how long they last and the support Google provides.

Thanks for posting in the community! I understand that six of your 13 Nest Cameras stopped working about a month and a half ago and cannot be recognized or added back, even after a professional tech visit. I can imagine how disappointing it might be when some devices you rely on stop working. I'm here to help!

To isolate the main issue, I have some questions for you:

What are the specific models of your Nest Cameras? Please check out the following link for your reference: Technical specs for Google Nest cameras and doorbells
Did you have any power outages recently?
Did you receive any error codes when trying to add your Nest Cameras again?
