Charging issues

My nest cam outdoor camera will not charge. I am using all the original cables that came with the camera when I do charge it it keeps saying that it’s off-line and it will not power up. I did not always have this issue but haven’t been able to use the camera for a while since it will no longer power up.

Are you dismounting the camera before charging it?

Are you plugging the charging cord in with the cord feeding towards the FRONT of the camera?

Is the plug securely seated in the bottom of the camera?

Is the status light pulsing white when you are charging the camera? Does it change to solid white when it is fully charged?

Yes to all the above. I cleaned the inside of the pory and it started charging.
