Hi Pasman,

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your Nest Doorbell and Nest Cameras showing offline; because even after migrating and performing a factory reset, they still can't reconnect. I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've already taken. I know how frustrating it is when things don’t work as expected, and I’m happy to help.

For better assistance, please answer the following questions:

Which models of Nest Doorbell and Nest Camera are you using? (Here is a helpful article to check which model of Nest Doorbell and Nest Camera you have).

Are there any appliances nearby that might cause interference, such as microwaves, baby monitors, or cordless phones?

For cameras with the status light turned off, have you tried plugging them into a different power outlet?

Which Wi-Fi frequency band are you attempting to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?

Since you have a Gigabit setup, could you share the brand/model of the routers you are using across these homes?

Please keep me posted on your findings.

Regards,

I have Nest cameras in three homes. All different WIFI.

I have doorbell cameras and outdoor cameras in all homes.

A month ago I migrated all three locations to google home from Nest.

Cameras in all locations frequently go offline. Sometimes they come back on their own. I have cameras offline in each location now, permanently. Ie. I pulled the camera down, reset it and can't get it back on my network. It's dead.

Something changed to the software on the cameras. They either require more power or more bandwidth than before.

One of the locations has Gig ethernet with a WIFI location near the cameras. Camera still goes offline.

Either this get resolved with a software fix to save the cameras that aren't permanently dead or this will cost me thousands per location.
