    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried searching that error and I also deleted and re installed the nest app. Tried both home and nest apps and it doesn't work. I'm giving up. Thanks for the suggestions though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cameras Stopped Working After Changing Router Set-up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently added an Eero Router to my system and everything works great EXCEPT my cameras.&amp;nbsp; I believe these cameras were purchased in or around 2020.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried resetting with a paper clip and it blinks a blue light.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Things I have tried and combinations of:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Rebooting Router and Phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Turning Bluetooth on and off and rebooting phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Changing Router to 2.4 ghz&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Putting phone into airplane mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Removing all mesh system pods and just setting up near main router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Using Home App/Using Nest App&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7.&amp;nbsp; Connecting directly to computer with cable&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;8.&amp;nbsp; Took cameras off App entirely&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting an NCO22 code from Home App and Nest App in Android phone and c309 -502 code when plugging into computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I feel like I've run out of ideas.&amp;nbsp; It worked before it should work now.&amp;nbsp; I just don't get it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

See the post below for details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note that, if you have 1st gen Google Nest Outdoor Cameras (NOT the IQ cameras), there is no reset button. For those cameras, your only options are to go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Home Info &amp;gt; Home Wi-Fi help&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;to change your Wi-Fi settings or to factory reset your camera by removing your camera from the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt;, but either of these actions have to be performed while you are still on your old Wi-Fi network and can still communicate with your cameras.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp; There is a pin hole on the front of the camera which I assume is a reset, otherwise I'm not sure why it's there.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like I need to undo what I did and go back to my old wifi temporarily in order to fix the cameras.&amp;nbsp; That's a little frustrating.&amp;nbsp; I'll check out those links.&amp;nbsp; Thank you! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't think those links apply to my situation.&amp;nbsp; I did reuse my wifi settings for the new router and it didn't automatically connect.&amp;nbsp; The other option, using my old wifi I believe isn't an option either because I've deleted both cameras from my account so there isn't anything anymore to reconnect.&amp;nbsp; I guess I'll have to wait the 60 days to see whether the cameras reset themselves.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/867643"&gt;@TerriN1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have an IQ camera, you SHOULD be able to perform a factory reset and then try to reinstall your camera in the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt; (unless you previously "transferred" it to the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Home app&lt;/STRONG&gt;).&amp;nbsp; (If you can perform a factory reset successfully, I don't think you'd have to wait 60 days to reinstall.) There is a factory reset link in those instructions by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/50"&gt;@David_K&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; in the link that I provided.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It might also be possible that something else is going on to trigger the NC022 error you're getting, which is supposed to indicate there is a Bluetooth connection problem (&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9240048" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9240048&lt;/A&gt;).       <description>&lt;P&gt;The factory reset doesn't seem to work and I'm continuing to get a Bluetooth error. I bought new cameras and they set up in 2 minutes. Although unlikely, is it possible that having an older phone might cause the problem? I've run out of ideas. If I wait the 30 to 60 days will they reset? I have 2 cameras and they are both the same...blink slow blue and I get noc22 error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/867643"&gt;@TerriN1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think an older phone should make a difference unless it's so old you don't have the latest version of the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt; and Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Home app&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're getting a blinking blue light, then it would seem that your factory reset was successful and your cameras are ready to be reinstalled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what else to suggest about addressing your Bluetooth issue. &amp;nbsp;Was the Troubleshooting link of any help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I looked at those links but, as I've deleted the cameras from my account, my only option appears to be to&amp;nbsp; wait the 60 days... but I don't get a message that it's connected to a different account just the Bluetooth message nco22 so I'm skeptical it's going to work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/867643"&gt;@TerriN1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could try doing a Google search for "nc022 bluetooth error installing google nest iq camera" and try the steps suggested there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're getting a flashing blue status light, then I think your factory reset was successful, and the option of waiting up to 60 days just does not apply. &amp;nbsp;Your cameras are factory reset; you just need to get past the Bluetooth error. &amp;nbsp;What version of the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt; do you have? &amp;nbsp;(You can find the version by going to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings | Account&lt;/STRONG&gt;; the version is at the bottom. &amp;nbsp;I'm on 5.86.3.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
