      <description>&lt;P&gt;why doesn't the camera record regardless of if there's movement or not? Someone was breaking in our cars this morning and it only shows the person walking up and opening the door , but it doesn't show the car pulling up and pulling off. And its black and white at night , blurry when you zoom in , overall seems like a waste of money.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
