Mi cámara me avisa a menudo de mi presencia y de mi mujer en casa y no debería hacerlo. Por qué no utiliza los dispositivos móviles para esta utilidad?

What is the exact model of your camera?
Are both you and your wife using the Google Home app or the Nest app on your respective mobile devices?
In the Google Home app, have you both enabled the "Use phone location" setting under Settings > Presence sensing?
Are you seeing any specific messages or status changes (like the home staying in "Away" mode even when you're there) in the app?
