    <description>&lt;P&gt;yes they tried to help through remote access to my nest account but still the same issues. They offered me an exchange but I have no faith that it will work a 3rd time. Returning to Amazon&amp;nbsp;and looking elsewhere.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue here, it keeps telling me to reset and try again and even after doing so it keeps telling me to reset. I even returned it for a new one and am still getting the same reset and try again message&lt;/P&gt;</description>
