I have 2gb internet, I pay for premium and these stupid **bleep**ing cameras STILL decided they wanted to not pick up anything in the middle of the night when my truck got broken into. When they do work they'll show you night time like its the **bleep**ing sunniest day on earth but god forbid you get broken into because they'll decide to sat they didnt see any events for 10 hours. **bleep** nest and **bleep** their greedy prices

Could you please check if your subscription is active? You can do this in the Google Home app by tapping Settings > Subscriptions > Google Home Premium subscription.
Did you purchase the subscription through the Google Store or the Play Store?
What type of Google Home Premium subscription do you have?
Which app are you primarily using for your camera: the Nest app or the Google Home app?
Did the camera continue to record following the incident?

Any additional details you can provide will be very helpful in finding the cause.
