Onn Camera Update download

I’m installing new Onn cameras and during “Downloading Update” the download is stuck on 0%.

I’ve tried: installation on an android device, factory reset, and installing on IOS. Same issue download is stuck at 0%.

I know the network is not an issue because I’m currently Writting this post on the same WiFi network.

please help

I'm a frequent reader of this forum and this has been reported many times over the years at least with the NEST cams. I believe the problem is the GOOGLE back end servers not responding to the update request.

You can try 2 things:

#1 on your phone turn off the WIFI and let it try and pull the update over the Cellular data

#2 just wait 24 hours and see if it works... often it will just self correct.
