FloodLight brightness control Not Responding

Installed new Floodlight camera and camera works fine, and lights come on just as advertised. Now trying to adjust brightness and the control says offline /not responding. How can that be? How do I get control over the brightness?

You’re not alone. Seemed to work out of the box then started getting glitchy. Mine went offline then disappeared from the app.

Same here. Works as advertised but the app does not.

Hey folks,

I would suggest that you first try to restart your Nest Cam with Floodlight (wired) which you can learn how to do here. If not a restart, Factory Reset your camera and try to see if this fixes the issue first.
