Nest camera notifications not showing video preview, Take 3

This question has been posed at least a couple of times but the threads are locked without providing a solution. I have this problem. I had an iPhone X that had no issues. Recently purchased an iPhone 12 and and iPhone 13 pro, both have the latest iOS and I cannot get the video preview no matter what.

I tried Settings->notifications->Nest->Show Previews Always

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app

i tried rebooting both phones

nothing has worked. What’s the solution to this problem? Please don’t lock the thread prior to at least attempting to help solve this.

Same issue. Same attempts. Nothing works did the update for I phone today.

For IPhone, you now have to press and hold the notification to preview it!

I have the same problem. Previews never worked for my new nest battery camera and then worked for a little while and then stopped working again.

I was seeing them on iPhone, Apple Watch etc. until they stopped working again.

Has this really been fixed?
