    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have gone ahead and copied/pasted and saved an entire conversation with the Google/Nest Support team on my computer.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I would bet my house that so many of you have dealt with the worlds worst customer service team like I have and then come to find out one of the following happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Out of warranty - sorry&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Have you reached out to&amp;nbsp; NestPro (you have to pay for)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Your thread that discusses the worlds worst customer service, magically gets locked so you cant respond.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; A million other ways Google/Nest is big business that truly does not have a care in the world about you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not computer savvy but for any of you that are, I would love for you to create a seperate website that google/nest cannot control and get the message out there to stop buying their products.&amp;nbsp; They last long enough to exceed the warranty and then you are out $100-$500.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This NEEDS TO STOP and our money matters.&amp;nbsp; I have my entire conversation which is quite comical.&amp;nbsp; If you would like a copy, let me know.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
