Is there a way to schedule your camera to turn on and off with the Google Home app? In the nest app, it was an option; with this Home app, it's a mystery. I'm wondering if it can be done.

Since you are forced to use the Home app for the new cameras, you would think that would integrate the options you had with Nest which was easy to operate.

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. I'm afraid there is no such option. You can unplug the camera to turn it 'off' but there is no other option. You can look into setting up Routines, and see if this has the similar effect. That way, you can have a bit more control over when it is recording or showing a live feed.
