Extremely Low Volume

The volume is set to MAX but you can barely hear my voice coming through, even if I'm yelling directly into the phone. The quick responses are quite loud, however. The person at the door is easily heard as well, they just can't hear me.

Galaxy S9+

This will have to be returned and I will reinstall my RING if there is not a solution. I checked another thread, which was locked, and there was no resolution to that. I have no IOS devices to test with.
