Detect Mouse

Hi. We want to use our nestcam to alert us if mice (ugh! I know!) are crawling around our basement at night (or have hopefully left).

We are finding the motion detection is not sensitive enough to pick up small moving objects on the floor...

Is there any setting or other camera that could help with this. We will buy a new Camera if necessary.

I am using mine to monitor my HW tank that on occasion acts up. In the nest app I created a notification area around the tank for all types of movement, sounds etc. it seems to work cause I got a motion alert and I too had a mouse. No more mice I had proof lol
