Nest Door Bell wired

Green status light pulsing along with door bell button ring. I’ve tried a reset twice and have disconnected the power as well same issue. After holding the reset button and bell button for 10 to 15 seconds you should see ring light blink yellow then blue indicating reset in progress this is not happening.

If I push the door bell button it rings mechanical door bell. Measured voltage and I see 25vac.

Nest door bell will not connect to WIFI not sure why it’s worked for 2 years no issues. I have a second device at side door and it’s working just fine.

Any ideas or is this device just done.
