Nest doorbell wired

Hello, I set up my nest wired doorbell and it was working fine. All of a sudden it is ofine amd no lights or anything appear on the doorbell. Please advise, thanks!

Either it's defective or it's simply not getting power (more likely). Remove the doorbell and use a multimeter to check the wires to ensure they get the amount of voltage required to run the doorbell. It could be something as simple as the wires weren't connected securely and have come loose, or a breaker needs to be reset. If you can confirm the power at the wires is correct then you'll probably want to exchange the doorbell.

Thank you for your response, the jest is now working without me doing anything. It was offline for a few days now seems to be back. Could it have been caused by extrmem cold temperatures?
