Installatieprobleem Nest Cam

Ik probeer mijn nest cam buitencamera te installeren. Nadat ik de vragen heb doorlopen krijg ik de volgende melding:

Er is iets misgegaan. Probeer opnieuw verbinding te maken, start de vliegmodus in en uit en probeer opnieuw.

Ik heb inmiddels meerdere pogingen ondernomen maar de melding blijft komen.

Heeft u hier een oplossing voor?
