Sure your subscription is still active? We let our trial subscription lapse and only renewed it yesterday. This is exactly what ours was doing prior to renewing. I'd check that first.

Frankly, IMO, the DB is pretty much next to useless without a subscription. It turns into a completely different animal with Aware enabled. 86
