Multiple Nest Aware Subscriptions

I have 2 physical addresses set up on my Google Home account. I would like Nest Aware at each location. I can’t figure out how to subscribe at the second location. I know the max is 2 but I can’t for the life of me figure out how.

Hi there,

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. I know that you have to have two separate homes per account, so you would be logged in on the correct account and then you can subscribe to it then.

Hi Brad - I have this same question. I can’t seem to find any link in the nest app or the google home app to do this. The nest app has both of my homes in it, but only my primary is on nest aware. Do I need a separate google home account or something? I have nest aware for my main home and want to add for a second home. Thanks

Alright I figured it out. I went to my email to find the old email from when my nest aware trial expired on my second home. I followed the link to activate it, and ultimately within google home (google store -> subscriptions) on my laptop (not the app) I switched from my primary home to the second home, and then was able to activate nest aware from there.
