I want to see and hear what my dog is doing when I am out of the house. I receive notification of motion and sound. I want to hear the “sound” to tell if she is barking or howling. I can see the notification but cannot playback the sound when I check my phone app. Am I doing something wrong? How do I playback the sound? Thanks. LaurieW

Under Settings in the Google Nest app, under Microphone, do you have "Audio recording" turned on?
