I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. You should be able to use both the Nest Hello Doorbell (wired) with your Nest Doorbell (battery) 2021. They are similar in function, but offer different options. It will depend on which features you are looking for.
