      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same exact problem… I been having this nest cam indoor for a while now and I still haven’t found a way to get it connected to my Wi-Fi so I basically spend wayyyyy too much money than it’s worth because so far it’s useless…. &amp;amp; unfortunately I lost the receipt so I’m not sure if i can return /:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help with solution ? Really look forward to using this if possible ..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having a connetion issue too. Wired Cam 2nd Gen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I connected it previously and then need to make changes to my router. Now I cannot get connected to the camera even though I set up the SSID and password the same as the previous router config. I tried removing the cam from my home app to reset it but that didn't help. At this point, I have a green light on the front and it won't allow me to set it up. It won't connect to the app. I have a doorbell and many other IOT products. I have no problems with those because they have a hardware reset button... Does this unit have a hidden reset button or procedure?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Craig&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This issue that some people were having with the installation process has been an ongoing bug. I am afraid I do not have a direct fix, but you can try to remove the device off your Home, and add it back again. Do you have any other Nest or Google devices in your home? If not, it should allow you to connect without an assisting device.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I have seen this work for some other customers, but try Factory Resetting the brand new camera that is giving you the message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;I wanted to remind you of some Important things to know before you factory reset. After you factory reset your camera or doorbell:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;Your camera will forget your Wi-Fi network name and password.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;Your camera will be "Offline" in the app. You won't be able to use it until you remove it from the app and reconnect it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;Any custom camera settings will revert to default settings.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;If you want to save any video footage, before you factory reset, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://bit.ly/2Kp87aH" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;create video clips or timelapses&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt; and download the files to your phone or computer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;If you have a Nest Aware subscription and you plan to continue using your camera or doorbell with the same account, do not cancel your subscription.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;If you plan to get rid of your camera or add it to a new account, before you factory reset, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://bit.ly/3G08vUG" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;cancel your Nest Aware subscription&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;. After you cancel, your camera's entire video history, Activity Zones, and snapshots will be erased as soon as you remove your camera from the app. Once your video history and snapshots are deleted, they're gone forever. They cannot be recovered. &lt;STRONG&gt;We do not keep backups&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
