Protective hood for Nest Outdoor Camera?

Hello - does anyone have a recommendation on how to protect the actual Nest Outdoor Camera from rain and other elements? I have seen other brands with slight 'hoods' that hang over the top to offer some protection to the lens. Thank you in advance.

We have a couple of these and have them mounted just high enough over the cameras so the cameras' view isn't obstructed. It helps with Minnesota snow and rain. But I don't think they'd work with the floodlight camera since that fixture is pretty large.
