My nest doorbell suddenly stopped enunciating the indoor chime and only chimes locally at door bell, not sure how to troubleshoot?

A few questions — what specific Nest Doorbell do you have? What type of chime are you using? Mechanical or electric? Have you made any changes on your doorbell settings in the app?
