Dropcam Pro installation

I have dropcam (2014) won't install

I am using MAC Pro MACOS 11.6.2

Camera is seen by finder, when I click on the install program, nothing happens.

Have tried to re-set camera, nothing happens

How do I install ?

Hi there,

We hear you. USB setup does not work on MacOS 10.15 or higher.

If you are using a Dropcam Pro, you can continue setup using the Nest app. If you are on Dropcam HD, I would suggest using a lower MacOs or a different computer for setup.

Thanks for the update. Have you tried installing using both the Nest app and by using a different computer? Did you get an error code?

If so, you can check this article on how to Troubleshoot Nest camera and doorbell setup messages.
