Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. Sorry to hear that you are running into some sensitivity issues with your motion sensing settings! I would suggest that you set up Activity Zones if you have an object or area that is very sensitive to motion. That way, it records the specific area and may ignore the area that is giving you trouble with motion sensitivity. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Hi Brad,

I have set up actvity zones on all 3 of my outdoor cams but they are not marking the Timeline at the bottom of the screen when motion occurs - delivery trucks arrive, people walking by, etc. Does your algorithm automatically decide to ignore motion that happens frequently? Will any notification settings improve the Timeline marking sensitivity? The reason we have Nest is to see what is happening or has happened outside our home. Without that capability, the cameras serve no purpose.
