No snapshot image on video history

In my home app on my outdoor battery camera I am getting no snapshot image in the history simply a greyed out box with an exclamation mark!!. Any ideas?

Hi Brad,

Apparently a senior engineer is looking into it as I requested additional support. Not had any answers yet though.

My Internet is all ok and very good speeds of download and upload. My wife has the exact same problem on her phone.
