Video outage differences between Android smart phone app and Windows on-line

I happened to notice my Nest Outdoor camera had an outage around 7:30AM, corresponding to the time of the AWS outage, that appeared on my Android smart phone time history, but NOT on my computer timeline history. I'd like to know how that can possibly occur.

No, I was just curious how this might happen. Doesn't give one the warm and fuzzies that the same information is bring recorded across different camera apps.
