Nest door bell chime stopped working

I just installed my nest hello on Friday and had it up and running perfectly over the weekend. This morning, however, the chime went off on its own and then began this constant humming sound that wouldn’t stop unless I turned the power off. I re-installed the nest hello and chime just to be safe and the chime now no longer goes off.
Not sure if this is a common issue going around.
