Chime Connector replacement

I received a wired doorbell secondhand from someone who replaced theirs, however I was not given the chime connector. How could I get a replacement so the doorbell will work?

Unfortunately, if you are not the original owner of the device, we cannot issue a replacement chime. You can find them sometimes online though.

I am the original owner, was just trying to ape someone else's thread as they seemed to be successful in getting a replacement. I can dig up a receipt if needed.
