Solid Yellow Light

Trying to setup Nest Hello (wired). Have tried and tried and read help all over, here, there, Reddit, etc.

Question is: what does a SOLID yellow light around the doorbell ring mean?

Many places note that a flashing yellow light is a power issue. Have addressed that by changing from 10v transformer and doorbell to new 16v battery and doorbell. Already have had on-site professional help. Nest Hello still not working. Please help.
