Nest home hub camera not working

I have had our hub a couple of years and now we have the door bell decided to upgrade our package to include the camer. It will not work! Camera does not connect at all.

have tried restarting both the unit and WiFi multiple times.
have restored to factory settings multiple times.

still nothing … help!
