My nest doorbell when someone ring my doorbell it doesn’t show who’s at my door

Do you have the old Gen 1 (NEST HELLO) doorbell or the new NEST DOORBELL (Battery)?

Are you using the NEST app or the Google Home app?

Are you on iPhone or something else?

Did this problem just start? Was it working before?
