Setting up a nest camera

I have a nest camera that I installed I think 4 years ago and it quit working. I have tried to reinstall it and it tell me that the camera is registered under a different email. I’m not sure if I used or #########

I think if you do a full FACTORY RESET (not just a power-down reboot) then it will let you add it back to your account. But you may want to do a bit more reading on that. Many people have discussed this here on this forum.
