Cannot access nest cams through Google home

We migrated to Google Home- registered the camera and nothing happens. Cannot get to the camera- seems like we are at a dead end. How do we connect to the camera on the Home App??? Had to reset all passwords and wish we never migrated but are caught in the black hole! How do we get the camera activated ??
